For over 7 years, I’ve worked with women across all stages of life: from competitive youth and adult athletes to pre- and post-natal clients, and those navigating peri- and post-menopause, as well as women simply wanting to feel stronger, move better, or reconnect with their body.
Each program is personalized to respect your physiology, your goals, and where you are in your journey.
My approach is holistic and adaptable, integrating strength, power, conditioning, recovery, and lifestyle. Drawing from different disciplines, I always aim to create programs that are not only effective, but sustainable and more importantly enjoyable.
